About Position:
Persistent Systems is seeking a seasoned and visionary member to our Business Insights function. This role is critical in transforming enterprise data into strategic insights that influence executive decision-making and drive business value across global units.

What You'll Do:
- Designing and implementation of enterprise-wide data analytics frameworks to support strategic planning and operational excellence.
- Drive annual and quarterly opportunity identification across business units using high-impact data modeling and forecasting techniques.
- Own and enhance the Margin Improvement Program (MIP) tracker to enable EBIT optimization across Operating Units (OUs).
- Architect and govern cross-functional performance analysis using advanced metrics such as ARC, Bench %, Pyramid, Utilization, and Cost.
- Facilitate real-time communication and alignment between enablement functions and executive leadership regarding budget vs. actuals.
- Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance across all analytical functions.
- Develop and deliver executive dashboards and strategic reporting tools for CXO-level stakeholders.
- Mentor and grow a high-performing analytics team; foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 3–10 years of experience in analytics, strategy, performance management, or business insights, preferably within IT Services or Product Engineering organizations.
- Proven success in leading enterprise-level analytics or transformation initiatives.
- Strong command of advanced Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Deep understanding of financial levers impacting EBIT, cost management, and operational KPIs.
- Demonstrated leadership presence, analytical acumen, and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Analytics & Data: BI suites and data platforms supporting commercial decisioning and RBQM-informed insight flows referenced across Life Sciences capability stacks.
