Role Brief : -
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused candidate for the role of Customer Support Executive (Voice & Chat). The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes
- Resolve customer issues effectively while maintaining a positive and empathetic approach
- Handle customer complaints and queries with patience and professionalism
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and feedback in the system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution and customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed individual and team KPIs, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores
- Stay updated with product knowledge, process updates, and company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and customer support tools
- Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate / Undergraduate (depending on company requirement)

- Comfortable working in rotational shifts (if applicable) - for boys

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
