Design, implement, and refine product development, testing, and coding standards.

Manage staff and assign tasks to engineering and technical personnel.

Oversee project logistics and resource allocation.

Design features and write design documentation.

Write performant and maintainable code when required.

B.E in Computer Science or equivalent.

5 to 10+ years of experience as a developer and a manager in a software product company.

Strong computer science fundamentals.

Excellent architecture and system design skills.

Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript and Node.js-based technologies.

Versatility in multiple languages and frameworks.
