The Assistant Manager – Operations supports the Operations Manager in overseeing daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies. This role involves coordinating teams, monitoring operational performance, resolving issues, and driving continuous process improvements to achieve organizational goals.

Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising daily operational activities.

Monitor workflow and ensure smooth execution of business processes.

Support the Operations Manager in implementing operational strategies and objectives.

Supervise and guide team members, providing coaching and performance feedback.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Analyze operational data and prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure seamless operations.

Resolve customer or operational issues in a timely and professional manner.

Assist in inventory, procurement, or supply chain activities where applicable.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in operations, administration, or team management.

Experience in supervising teams and managing day-to-day operations.

Strong knowledge of operational processes, quality standards, and performance metrics.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
