As a Recruiter Specialist for the RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for our BFSI client. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and identify qualified candidates through various sourcing methods. You will be responsible for screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates, offer negotiation as well as managing the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Your expertise in the BFSI industry and knowledge of talent acquisition best practices will be crucial in identifying top talent for our client's organization.

What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy for roles.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough screening, interviewing, and assessment of candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, negotiating job offers, and facilitating onboarding for selected candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for BFSI roles, ensuring a steady pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence related to BFSI talent acquisition, and provide recommendations to optimize recruitment strategies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools to ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Provide regular reports and metrics on recruitment activities, including time-to-fill, source of hire, and quality of candidates, to stakeholders and management.
What background we desire:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 + years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in the BFSI industry.
- In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessment techniques.
- Strong understanding of the BFSI industry, including roles, skills, and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Professional certifications in HR or talent acquisition (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS, etc.) are a plus.
