F&B Manager

### Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic F&B Manager to oversee the food and beverage operations across our hospitality and premium living facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high-quality service standards, managing operational efficiency, controlling costs, and driving revenue growth.
### Key Responsibilities
#### Operations Management
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of restaurants, cafeterias, kitchens, and other F&B outlets.
* Ensure smooth functioning of all food and beverage services.
* Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
* Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly resolve complaints and service issues.
#### Team Management
* Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate F&B staff.
* Prepare duty rosters and manage manpower requirements.
* Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
* Foster a positive and productive work environment.
#### Inventory & Cost Control
* Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of food, beverages, and supplies.
* Control food and beverage costs through effective inventory management.
* Minimize wastage and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
* Verify vendor bills and maintain stock records.
#### Financial Management
* Prepare and monitor departmental budgets.
* Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
* Implement strategies to increase revenue and optimize operational costs.
* Ensure accurate billing and revenue collection processes.
#### Compliance & Quality Assurance
* Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
* Conduct regular inspections of kitchen and dining areas.
* Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards.
* Coordinate audits and implement corrective actions where required.
#### Vendor & Customer Management
* Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
* Negotiate pricing and procurement contracts.
* Develop customer engagement initiatives to enhance dining experiences.
### Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage Operations, including supervisory or managerial experience.
* Strong understanding of hospitality operations and food safety standards.
* Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant/hospitality management software.

### Preferred Experience

### Compensation
* Best in the industry and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Pay: ₹25,604.03 - ₹80,000.03 per month
