Role Summary:
Manages incubation programs like NIDHI PRAYAS, TIDE 2.0, SISFS, NIDHI SSS, NIDHI Accelerator, NIDHI EiR and workshops. Acts as a key liaison between startups, mentors, partners, and investors.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage startup programs and workshops.
Screen and onboard startups; monitor progress, deliverables, and compliance.
Facilitate mentor and investor interactions; organize pitch sessions, demo days, and networking events.
Draft program proposals, reports, and communication materials.
Support startups in Go-to-Market strategy, and funding processes.
Track KPIs for program success and startup performance.
