Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Sr. Accountant Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and related finance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, TDS, and accounting software.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash, bank, and general ledger activities.
- Prepare and post journal entries, invoices, debit/credit notes, and payment vouchers.
- Perform regular bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Prepare GST returns, TDS workings, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and customers as required.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up for timely settlements.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audits and statutory requirements.
- Assist in budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, and financial analysis.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable accounting standards.
- Support the Finance Manager/Accounts Head in various financial and accounting activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime / ERP / SAP / other accounting software.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred
- Experience in handling audits and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of Tally Prime, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
- Experience in preparing MIS and management reports.
- CA Inter / CMA Inter / M.Com qualification will be an added advantage.

- Accuracy and timeliness of accounting entries.
- Timely completion of reconciliations and month-end closing.
- Timely GST/TDS and statutory compliance.
- Reduction in outstanding receivables and payables.
- Accuracy of MIS and financial reports.
- Audit readiness and timely resolution of audit queries.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
