Position Title: Facade and Design Engineer

Job Purpose
We are seeking a precise Facade and Design Engineer to develop detailed shop drawings, fabrication layouts, and material estimates for our manufacturing facility. You will turn architectural concepts into practical, structurally sound manufacturing blueprints for aluminum windows, railings, glass facades, and ACP cladding.
Key Responsibilities
- Detail Design & Drafting: Create comprehensive 2D AutoCAD shop drawings, fabrication layouts, and section details for aluminum windows, glass facades, railings, and MS structures.
- Material Estimation (BOQ): Generate highly accurate Bill of Materials (BOM), cutting lists, and glass sizes to optimize production and minimize material wastage on the shop floor.
- Site Survey & Coordination: Conduct precise onsite measurements to verify site conditions against architectural drawings and resolve execution challenges early.
- Production Support: Create clear assembly and anchoring details for both the factory fabrication team and site installation crews.
Required Technical Skills
- Software: Advanced command of AutoCAD (2D) is mandatory. Experience with window design/estimation software (e.g., LogiKal) is a major advantage.
- Material Knowledge: Strong understanding of aluminum sections, ACP fixing details, glass specifications, and hardware integration.
- Engineering Basics: Good grasp of structural safety for railings, window wind-load resistance, and water-drainage details.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 3–7 years of hands-on experience within an aluminum fabrication, window manufacturing, or facade execution firm.
- Education: Open to experienced industry professionals, ITI Draftsmen, or Diploma/Degree holders in Civil/Mechanical Engineering. What matters most is your industry experience and drafting precision.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
