Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Zoho Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain business applications using the Zoho ecosystem. The candidate will work closely with HR, Finance, Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams to automate workflows and improve business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize applications using Zoho Creator.
- Create automation and business logic using Deluge scripting.
- Customize and manage Zoho CRM modules, workflows, functions, and reports.
- Work with Zoho Books for finance and accounting-related integrations and automation.
- Configure Zoho People for HR and employee-related processes.
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party applications using APIs and webhooks.
- Develop custom functions, workflows, approval processes, and automated notifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing Zoho applications.
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Create dashboards, reports, forms, and custom modules.
- Maintain data accuracy, security, and access permissions.
- Perform testing, debugging, deployment, and ongoing application support.
- Prepare technical documentation for applications and workflows.
- Coordinate with internal departments to identify opportunities for process automation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM.
- Knowledge of Zoho Books and Zoho People.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and API integrations.
- Experience in workflow automation and business process automation.
- Knowledge of databases and SQL is an added advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good communication and requirement-gathering skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Zoho development and customization.
Preferred Experience
Experience in integrating multiple Zoho applications such as:
Zoho CRM ↔ Zoho Books ↔ Zoho People ↔ Zoho Creator
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
