Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail, corporate, and support functions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring processes with hiring managers.
- Schedule and facilitate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Coordinate offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding activities.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience hiring for retail, FMCG, or similar industries is preferred.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring targets within deadlines.
Work location : Bangalore
Pay: ₹9,346.13 - ₹30,989.13 per month
