Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and allocate daily jobs to technicians.
- Monitor workshop workflow and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
- Inspect repair and service quality before vehicle delivery.
- Support technicians in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors for job status and customer requirements.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Monitor technician productivity and job efficiency.
- Ensure workshop safety, cleanliness, and discipline.
- Handle technical escalations and support quick resolution of complaints.
- Follow company and manufacturer service standards.
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in two-wheeler/automobile service operations.
- Good technical and team-handling skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to manage workshop operations under pressure.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
