· Mechanical Engineering having experience in NPD, Engineering support activities like EO Modification.
· Full understanding of NPD Cycle from Concept to Production Launch
· Develop components along with suppliers, develop component specifications for structural component (Plastics) and assemblies, PFMEA and test plan.
· Good understanding on Manufacturing of plastics,
· Should have Knowledge on CAD software’s.
· Knowledge to understand the Technical drawings.
· Knowledge on Documents Like PPAP/APQP, G8D, CMR Preparation.
· Should be well conversant about Injection Moulding process, preferable raw material - PP, ABS, PC, etc…
· Should have sound knowledge about quality std. of plastic products including inspection methods, testing methods etc...
· Understanding of assembly line and testing, Excellent self-learning Capabilities, Excellent project coordination skills and working experience with Multi-functional teams of Customer and Offshore
· Should have good knowledge about problem solving technique like 8D method, fish bone diagram., why-why analysis etc.
· Should be capable to handle customer issues regarding product quality and ensure on time fulfilment of customer requirements.
· Knowledge of IATF requirement.
· Knowledge on Injection Moulding Operations.
· Knowledge in Painting Process.
· Computer Knowledge on MS Office is must.
· Tool follow up with tool maker.
· Obtain Customers approval for the new parts.
· Ability to handle a small team (Leadership).
· Ability to train subordinates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
