The E-Commerce Operations Executive is responsible for managing and monitoring online marketplace operations across. The role includes store status monitoring, complaint management, sales tracking, product listing, flash sale execution, inventory monitoring, and reporting. The candidate will coordinate with stores and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, timely issue resolution, and optimal sales performance across all online channels.
- Ensure stores remain active and operational.
- Identify and resolve store closure or offline issues.
- Coordinate with store teams for operational support.
- Manage WhatsApp communications related to operations, sales, complaints, and store support.
- Coordinate with internal teams and store staff for issue resolution.
- Escalate critical issues to management when required.
- Maintain accurate complaint records.
- Coordinate with stores and concerned departments for timely resolution.
- Track complaint trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor daily sales performance across all stores.
- Maintain store-wise and platform-wise sales reports.
- Analyze sales trends and identify improvement opportunities.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
