Position: Sales Manager – Resort & Banquet Sales
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Generate revenue through resort room bookings, banquet events, weddings, conferences, and corporate sales.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and event planners.
- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Coordinate with operations teams for successful event execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel, resort, or banquet sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Salary: Best in Industry + Incentives
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Thrissur, Kerala (Thrissur): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
