Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination, communication, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative tasks and office operations
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
- Maintain records, files, and documentation systematically
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities
- Support HR and accounts team in basic coordination tasks
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of office management systems
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Additional certification in administration or office management is a plus

- Prior experience in administrative or back-office roles
- Professional attitude with problem-solving skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
