Role & Responsibility:
· Experience in sales, especially related to interiors, furniture, or home décor is a big advantage.
· Strong basic knowledge of interior products, materials, trends, space planning or finishes helps in selling confidently.
· Meet potential clients and understand their requirements and budgets.
· Present Furniture options and layouts.
· Explain materials, finishes, and pricing in a clear and persuasive way.
· Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.
· Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve sales targets.
· Suggest design solutions that align with their style and budget.
· Prepare concept presentations when needed.
· Communicate client requirements to vendors, designers, and contractors.
· Keep records of leads and sales activities.
· Stay updated with latest design trends, materials, products, and competitors.
· Use that knowledge to position offerings more effectively
