Profile: Data Entry Operator
Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)
Experience: 0-1 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify data accurately in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
- Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and correct them promptly
- Maintain and organize digital and physical records for easy retrieval
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Generate routine reports and summaries as required by the team
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all company and client data
- Coordinate with team members to resolve data discrepancies
- Meet daily/weekly data entry targets with high accuracy
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (12th pass with relevant experience may also be considered)
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of data management and record keeping
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Prior experience in a data entry or back-office role
- Familiarity with data entry software or CRM/ERP tools
- Knowledge of basic Excel functions (VLOOKUP, filters, sorting)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
