Job Summary
MAX Fashion is seeking dedicated and responsible Security Staff to ensure the safety and security of our store, customers, and employees. The ideal candidate should have prior security experience and the ability to handle security responsibilities professionally.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of the store, customers, and employees.
- Monitor entry and exit points of the store.
- Prevent theft, shoplifting, and unauthorized activities.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report suspicious activities.
- Conduct routine security checks within the store premises.
- Respond to emergencies, accidents, and security incidents as per company procedures.
- Maintain security records and incident reports.
- Support store operations by providing a safe and secure shopping environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a security role.
- Good observation and communication skills.
- Ability to work responsibly in a retail environment.
- Physically fit and capable of handling security duties.
- Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.
