Quality Management
Develop implement and maintain quality control procedures and SOP.
Establish quality standards for all stationery and packaging.
Ensure compliance with customer specifications and internal quality standards.
Monitor products quality from raw material inspection through final dispatch.
Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives across manufacturing.
Incoming Quality Control ( IQC)
Inspect and approve incoming raw materials packaging , links pigments , plastics paper , adhesives , chemicals and other components.
Coordinates with procurement regarding supplier quality issue.
Maintain supplier quality performance records.
Recommend approval or rejection of incoming materials.
Monitor production quality at every manufacturing materials stage.
Minimize rejection ,wastage and rework.
Approve finished goods before dispatch.
Verify packaging ,labeling printing quality , color consistency, dimensions, functionality and apperance.
Ensure laboratory documentation is accurate and update .
Maintain in CAPA ( Corrective and Preventive Action ) record.
Experience
5-10 years of experience in Quality control Assurance with in manufacturing is preferred .
Experience in stationery plastics, inks , paints, polymers , FMCG , or consumer products is preferred.
Experience with inspection tools and measuring instruments.
Good Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems .
Quality reporting and documentation.
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Tine management and organizational skills.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
