Monthly Close & Performance Management
- Support end-to-end monthly close activities across Sales, Contribution Margin (CM), Billing, Cash, and Past Dues (PD)
- Maintain and enhance daily KEOPS tracking, ensuring consistency between actuals, pacing, and operational drivers during month-end close
- Perform first-level structured variance analysis (“walks”) and explain deviations in performance
- Support analysis of cost drivers, backlog movements
- Contribute to P&L and cash performance reviews
Forecasting, Pacing & Operational Rhythm
- Own monthly updates of Sales pacing model , Billing pacing model
- Ensure integrity and continuity of weekly PD tracking
- Support operational governance with PFC/PCC calls and follow-ups
- Assist in Orders, backlog, Cost, and Working Capital submissions
Budgeting & Long-Range Planning (LTS)
- Lead development and enhancement of budgeting templates
- Consolidate and validate Sales and Cash inputs from PFC teams
- Support cost estimation and financial build-up for Budget and Long-Term Strategy (LTS) cycles
- Support preparation of executive presentations and planning review materials
Corporate Reporting & Governance
- Support FRP cycles (M2 & M3 quarterly reporting)
- Assist in MROR (backlog and order quality analysis)
- Maintain headcount tracking and governance in Atlas
- Handle recurring and ad-hoc financial analysis requests
- Support capex tracking & reporting
Stakeholder Engagement & Business Partnership
- Act as a trusted partner to cross-functional stakeholders including PFC, PCC & HQ finance
- Translate complex data into clear insights and decision-ready narratives
- Drive accountability through structured follow-ups and tracking mechanisms

Qualifications and Skills required
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business controlling
Technical Skills
- Advanced Excel and basic financial modeling capabilities (pivots, large datasets, scenario modeling)
- Strong understanding of P&L, cash flow, and working capital dynamics
- Experience with planning systems (e.g., SAP or equivalent ERP tools is a plus)
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Structured communicator with ability to simplify complex data
- High ownership and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment
