Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Temporary Telecallers to support our retail jewellery business. The role involves contacting existing and prospective customers to promote store offers, invite customers to showroom events, follow up on enquiries, and maintain positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Inform customers about ongoing offers, festive collections, and promotional events.
- Invite customers to visit the showroom for exclusive collections and special occasions.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, purchases, and appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and call outcomes.
- Update customer information in the database.
- Handle customer queries politely and escalate issues when necessary.
- Meet daily call targets and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales and showroom teams to ensure effective customer
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
