Job Description
Mustcure Healthcare LLP is looking for a dynamic and organized Purchase Executive to manage procurement operations, coordinate with vendors, and ensure smooth product availability for our growing PCD Pharma business.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and process Purchase Orders (POs) for finished pharmaceutical products, promotional inputs, and packaging materials.
- Coordinate with third-party manufacturers for order placement, production updates, and dispatch schedules.
- Finalize product artworks, cartons, labels, foils, visual aids, and promotional materials with vendors and manufacturers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new manufacturers, printers, and packaging vendors.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate rates, and compare commercial offers from multiple vendors.
- Follow up with manufacturers regarding production status, approvals, dispatches, and documentation.
- Handle PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control) activities to ensure timely stock availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment planning to avoid stock-outs.
- Maintain records of purchase orders, artwork approvals, vendor details, and inventory reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Logistics, and Business Development teams for smooth operations.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and vendor management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management.
- Ability to handle multiple follow-ups and deadlines.
- Understanding of pharmaceutical packaging and artwork processes.
- Knowledge of third-party manufacturing and PCD Pharma operations will be preferred.
- Strong negotiation and coordination abilities.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Pharma Purchase, Procurement, Supply Chain, or PCD Pharma operations preferred.
