Job Responsibilities
- Generate new residential and commercial solar leads.
- Visit potential customers and explain rooftop solar solutions.
- Collect and understand basic KSEB electricity bill details.
- Conduct customer meetings and arrange site surveys.
- Explain solar system benefits, subsidy eligibility and financing options.
- Coordinate with the technical team for site visits and quotations.
- Follow up with customers and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Maintain customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Submit regular sales activity reports.
Requirements
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel within the assigned area.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Experience in Solar, Electrical, FMCG, Real Estate, Insurance, Telecom or Field Sales will be an advantage.
