Aastha Homes is expanding and looking for energetic, career-driven Site Supervisors to join our upcoming residential project. If you’re passionate about construction and want real on-site experience, this is your opportunity.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for managing daily site activities, coordinating with teams, and ensuring the project runs smoothly on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction work at site
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, and engineers
- Ensure work is completed as per quality and safety standards
- Track material usage and report site progress
- Support timely project completion
Eligibility:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience required
- Strong understanding of construction/site execution
- Good communication and teamwork skills
