Job Title: Physics Faculty – IIT JEE & NEET

Role: Physics Teacher / Physics Faculty / IIT JEE NEET Faculty
We are hiring an experienced and result-oriented Physics Faculty for IIT JEE and NEET preparation. The selected Physics Teacher will be responsible for teaching students preparing for IIT JEE Main, JEE Advanced and NEET-UG examinations.
Candidates with strong conceptual knowledge of Physics, excellent numerical problem-solving skills and previous experience in IIT JEE or NEET coaching are encouraged to apply.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Teach Physics for IIT JEE Main, JEE Advanced and NEET-UG students.
- Explain Physics concepts from basic to advanced level with strong conceptual clarity.
- Conduct classroom lectures, revision sessions and doubt-solving classes.
- Train IIT JEE students in advanced numerical and application-based problem solving.
- Prepare NEET students for speed, accuracy and MCQ-based Physics questions.
- Prepare DPPs, assignments, worksheets, question banks and mock tests.
- Evaluate test performance and identify individual students' academic improvement areas.
- Provide mentoring and academic guidance to IIT JEE and NEET aspirants.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of Physics study material.
- Maintain high academic and classroom teaching standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong command of IIT JEE and NEET Physics syllabus.
- Excellent conceptual clarity and numerical problem-solving ability.
- Previous experience as an IIT JEE Physics Faculty, NEET Physics Faculty, Physics Teacher or Physics Lecturer is preferred.
- B.Tech / M.Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc. / PhD or relevant academic qualification.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify difficult Physics concepts for students.
- Candidates from IITs, NITs, Central Universities and other reputed institutions will be preferred.
Preferred Experience
Candidates having teaching experience with IIT JEE coaching institutes, NEET coaching institutes, EdTech companies, schools or competitive examination institutes will be preferred.
