We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (Fresher) to join our IT company. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, communicating with clients, and supporting sales and marketing activities to help grow the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients through online research and lead generation platforms.
- Generate new business leads for IT services and digital solutions.
- Communicate with prospective clients via email, LinkedIn, calls, and other platforms.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Maintain client databases and follow up on leads regularly.
- Support business growth strategies and market research activities.
- Build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Participate in online bidding platforms and business networking activities.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services, web development, SEO, digital marketing, or software solutions.
- Strong learning attitude and self-motivation.
- Knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and internet research.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of lead generation and client handling is a plus.
Eligibility
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
