Senior Interior Designer
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Senior Interior Designer to lead design projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will possess a sophisticated design aesthetic and the technical expertise to manage complex interior projects while mentoring junior staff and maintaining high standards of design excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Project Design: Oversee the entire design process, including space planning, conceptual development, material selection, and furniture specification.
- Technical Documentation: Produce and review comprehensive construction drawings, detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
- Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting design concepts and ensuring project goals are met with a high degree of professionalism.
- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure designs are executed accurately and within budget.
• Project Oversight: Manage project timelines, site visits, and installations to ensure the final result aligns with the original vision.
- Mentorship: Guide and support junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative studio environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in interior design, with a strong background in high-end residential or boutique commercial projects.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with high-end rendering software (e.g., V-Ray or Lumion) is a significant plus.
- Design Sensibility: A strong portfolio demonstrating a refined eye for color (such as sophisticated palettes of sage, cream, and white), texture, and modern minimalism.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client presentations and team coordination.
- Project Management: Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
