Job Summary:
We are looking for an IT Executive to manage and support the hotel's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, network, Wi-Fi, PMS, POS, and CCTV systems. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support to staff, maintain system security, and minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support for hotel operations and users.
- Maintain computers, servers, networks, Wi-Fi, and peripherals.
- Manage PMS, POS, email, and other hotel applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Perform system backups, updates, and security maintenance.
- Maintain IT inventory and coordinate with vendors.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of hotel IT systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1–3 years of IT support experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of networking, Windows systems, PMS/POS, and CCTV.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
