Ltd. is hiring a Senior Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Kochi. What You'll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target markets
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research
- Conduct client meetings, deliver presentations, and lead negotiations
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain CRM records and prepare accurate sales reports
- Track market trends and monitor competitor activities
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently under pressure
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Knowledge of Hindi and/or Malayalam is an added advantage
- Experience in the entertainment, leisure, or events industry is preferred
- Immediate joiner strongly preferred
