Experience Centre Operations
- Oversee day-to-day management of the Architectural Lighting Experience Centre.
- Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards.
- Manage product displays, lighting setups, and ensure functional demonstrations.
Client Interaction & Customer Experience
- Welcome and engage with walk-in customers, architects, interior designers, and consultants.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored lighting product recommendations.
- Conduct guided showroom tours and explain product features, benefits, and applications.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and follow-up.
Sales Support & Coordination
- Support the sales team with lead qualification and customer handling.
- Assist in preparing quotations, product presentations, and proposal follow-ups.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth customer experience.
Relationship Building
- Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and key influencers.
- Handle premium clients with professionalism and confidence.
- Support marketing events, workshops, and architect interaction programs hosted at the Experience Centre.
Reporting & Administration
- Manage visitor logs, enquiries, and CRM updates.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer footfall and showroom performance.
- Ensure proper inventory tracking of display products and samples.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
