Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound international customer calls professionally.
- Communicate with customers in English .
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant systems.
- Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
