Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Autonomous System Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining autonomous systems. As an Autonomous System Engineer, you will contribute to the advancement of cutting-edge technologies that power autonomous vehicles and other robotic systems. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of these autonomous systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Control Systems Engineering: Design and implement PID, control algorithms for drone flight dynamics and stabilization.
- Advanced System Integration: Integrate and optimize subsystems including GPS, IMU, Lidar, and other sensors for robust autonomous navigation and real-time data processing.
- Autonomous Aerial Vehicle Development: Develop and refine algorithms for autonomous flight, including waypoint navigation, obstacle avoidance, and adaptive flight planning under varying environmental conditions.
- Computer Vision Implementation: Apply techniques like SLAM (Simultaneous Localization and Mapping), 3D reconstruction, and neural network-based object recognition to enhance drone perception and situational awareness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Robotics, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or related.
- Solid experience in control systems, system integration, autonomous aerial vehicles.
- Proficiency in computer vision, ROS, and programming languages C/C++ and Python.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience with UAVs or autonomous systems.
- Knowledge of drone regulations and safety standards.
- Advanced programming and algorithm development skills.
