Role Overview
We're hiring Talent Acquisition Interns to work directly on growing Codians.ai. This isn't a background-research role you'll be actively involved in identifying opportunities, bidding on projects, and bringing in clients for the platform. It's a hands-on, revenue-facing internship for someone who wants to learn business development, client acquisition, and platform growth from the inside.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and shortlist relevant client opportunities/projects for Codians.ai
- Prepare and submit bids/proposals on freelance and project platforms (e.g., Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, or similar update as applicable)
- Engage with potential clients to understand requirements and pitch Codians.ai's capabilities
- Follow up on leads and bids to convert them into active clients
- Maintain a tracker of bids submitted, client responses, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with the internal team to align proposals with delivery capacity
- Continuously refine outreach and bidding strategy based on what's converting
What We're Looking For
- Strong written communication skills — bids and pitches need to sell
- Comfort with client-facing conversations and follow-ups
- Self-starter mindset; comfortable with targets and performance-linked pay
- Basic understanding of freelance/bidding platforms is a plus (not mandatory — we'll train)
- Prior experience in sales, BD, or talent acquisition is a bonus, not a requirement
Growth Path ;-
- Strong performers will be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) at the end of the internship
- Direct exposure to client acquisition, negotiation, and platform growth strategy
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
