We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Service Engineer to install, commission, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment at customer sites. The ideal candidate will provide prompt technical support, ensure maximum equipment performance, and deliver excellent customer service while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, test, and commission equipment at customer locations.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
- Repair or replace faulty components to restore equipment functionality.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Respond quickly to customer service requests and minimize equipment downtime.
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintain maintenance records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical support.
- Guide customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance.
- Follow company safety policies and quality standards during service activities.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in service engineering (Freshers with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply).
- Good understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of reading electrical wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for onsite service assignments.
- A valid driving license will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with diesel generators (DG sets), power systems, industrial machinery, or electrical equipment.
- Knowledge of engines, alternators, control panels, and AMF/ATS panels.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
