Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and result-driven Sr. Manager – SEO & Digital Marketing to lead our digital growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing SEO and digital marketing strategies to improve online visibility, traffic, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO)
- Lead keyword research, competitor analysis, and content planning
- Manage and optimize website performance, rankings, and organic traffic
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, social media, email marketing, etc.)
- Monitor and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams for execution
- Drive lead generation and conversion optimization strategies
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
- Prepare and present performance reports and insights to management
- Lead and mentor the SEO & digital marketing team
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SEO & Digital Marketing
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.)
- Experience in managing paid campaigns (PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Excellent understanding of analytics and data-driven decision making
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Experience in IT/Service industry preferred
