We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Founder/Director across both organizations. This is a dynamic, high-trust role for someone who enjoys structure, problem-solving, and working closely with leadership. The right candidate will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, coordinating across teams, and handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and organizational support to the Director, including calendar management, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Coordinate communication between staff, departments, and external stakeholders across both organizations
- Maintain and organize data, records, and documentation; prepare reports, summaries, and comparisons as needed
- Track tasks, deadlines, and action items to ensure timely completion of priorities
- Assist with planning and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and partners on behalf of the Director
- Manage correspondence (email, calls, messages) and draft written communication when required
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
- Support ad hoc personal and professional errands and projects as directed by the Director
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
