Key ResponsibilitiesAgentic AI & Multi-Agent Systems
- Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents and multi-agent systems.
- Build AI copilots, AI employees, and intelligent automation solutions for business operations.
- Architect agent orchestration frameworks that can decompose complex tasks and coordinate specialized AI agents.
- Develop Quality Assurance and Evaluation Agents to validate outputs against user intent and business requirements.
- Continuously optimize agent workflows for accuracy, speed, reliability, and scalability.
Prompt Engineering & LLM Optimization
- Design and refine advanced prompts for GPT, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Llama, and other foundation models.
- Optimize AI performance for accuracy, reasoning quality, latency, and cost efficiency.
- Evaluate and benchmark LLMs based on business use cases, scalability, and output quality.
- Implement testing, monitoring, and evaluation frameworks for continuous model improvement.
AI Application Development
- Build AI-powered applications using RAG, vector databases, APIs, MCP, tool calling, and function calling.
- Integrate AI systems with internal databases, business platforms, and third-party services.
- Develop scalable retrieval systems that improve contextual understanding and response quality.
- Design and maintain production-ready AI architectures and deployment pipelines.
Multimodal AI & User Experience
- Build multimodal AI experiences that combine text, voice, image, video, and interactive interfaces.
- Enable multilingual AI capabilities for global audiences.
- Integrate visual AI assistants, digital avatars, and conversational experiences.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to create intuitive AI-powered user experiences.
Automation & Integration
- Build and maintain automation workflows using platforms such as n8n, Make.com, and Zapier.
- Connect AI systems with CRMs, SaaS platforms, enterprise software, and external APIs.
- Improve operational efficiency through intelligent workflow automation and AI-driven processes.
QualificationsRequired
- 3+ years of professional experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, LLM Development, or related software engineering roles.
- Proven experience building and deploying AI agents, multi-agent systems, or autonomous AI workflows in production.
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI development practices.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Pydantic AI, LangChain, or similar technologies.
- Deep understanding of Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Model Context Protocol (MCP), Function Calling, and AI orchestration patterns.
- Experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, DeepSeek, Llama, and other foundation model APIs.
- Experience with vector databases including Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, or Chroma.
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, REST APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and production deployment workflows.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred
- Experience building AI SaaS products from concept to production.
- Experience with AI-powered business automation, sales automation, or operational workflows.
- Knowledge of multimodal AI systems involving voice, video, and conversational interfaces.
- Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Make.com, and Zapier.
- Familiarity with AI observability, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring systems.
- Open-source contributions and startup experience.
