Branch Head
Position Summary
The Branch Head oversees all branch activities, ensures achievement of business targets, manages staff, maintains customer satisfaction, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales
- Achieve branch revenue and profitability targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow business and market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities within the branch territory.
Operations Management
- Oversee daily branch operations and service delivery.
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources and adherence to operational standards.
- Monitor branch performance through KPIs and reports.
- Resolve operational issues and customer escalations.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate branch employees.
- Set performance goals and monitor team productivity.
- Foster a positive and high-performance work culture.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Customer Relationship Management
- Ensure excellent customer service standards.
- Handle major customer complaints and resolve escalated issues.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention levels.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
- Monitor internal controls and risk management processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
Financial Management
- Manage branch budgets and expenses.
- Monitor profitability and cost control measures.
- Review financial reports and take corrective actions when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- MBA preferred (for senior roles).
- Relevant industry experience, often 5–10+ years.
- Previous experience in team leadership and branch operations.
