The Role
You won't just be "managing" vendors; you will be the bridge between supply and sales. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of vendor partnerships, from the first negotiation to the final product listing.
What You’ll Do
- Onboarding Mastery: Execute end-to-end onboarding across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Wayfair, Target+, and Temu.
- Strategic Negotiation: Secure favorable terms and maintain healthy, long-term vendor relationships.
- Data Integrity: Coordinate with vendors to collect, audit, and refine product data for "listing-ready" status.
- Analytical Growth: Use MS Excel to dive deep into vendor files, identifying gaps and expansion opportunities.
- Market Alignment: Operate on US EST/PST time zones to ensure real-time communication with partners.
What You Bring
- Experience: 2+ years of direct experience in the US/Canada e-commerce market.
- Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with major marketplace back-ends (Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, etc.).
- Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English; you can hold your own in a negotiation.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and data cleaning are second nature).
- Grit: Availability for night shifts and a reliable home-office setup.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
