Job Summary
House Construct is looking for a highly skilled Senior Architect with 7–8 years of experience in residential projects. The candidate will lead architectural design, client coordination, project planning, and team management while ensuring innovative, functional, and compliant residential designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architectural design and development of residential projects.
- Prepare concept designs, schematic drawings, working drawings, and construction documents.
- Coordinate with clients, structural engineers, MEP consultants, and project teams.
- Review and approve architectural drawings, layouts, and design standards.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct design reviews, site visits, and project progress evaluations.
- Manage project timelines, quality standards, and deliverables.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and design teams.
- Participate in client presentations, design discussions, and project approvals.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in residential architecture, space planning, and design development.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Excellent knowledge of building bylaws, construction methods, and materials.
- Strong leadership, project management, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
- 7–8 years of experience in residential architecture and construction projects.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
