We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control & Process Executive to ensure consistent product quality across our DIY kits and educational products. The role involves setting up QC processes, standardizing product checks, and working closely with vendors and internal teams to maintain quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities
Product Quality Control
* Conduct quality checks for all DIY kits before dispatch
* Inspect raw materials, packaging, and finished products
* Identify defects, inconsistencies, and improvement areas
* Maintain QC checklists and inspection reports

Vendor & Production Quality
* Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality standards
* Conduct periodic vendor audits and sample approvals
* Ensure consistency across production batches

Process Development
* Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for QC
* Create step-by-step product assembly and quality guidelines
* Improve processes for packaging, handling, and dispatch

Documentation & Reporting
* Maintain quality records, reports, and product specifications
* Track defects and returns to identify recurring issues
* Share insights and corrective actions with management
