Business Development Executive – Industrial Automation & Machine Manufacturing
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Experience: 2–4 Years
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering Discipline
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our customer base and drive business growth in the industrial automation and machine manufacturing domain.
- Identify, generate, and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, manufacturing companies, EPC contractors, and industrial customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machine manufacturing, automation, and SPM solutions.
- Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve business targets.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and techno-commercial discussions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and business presentations.
- Coordinate with engineering, application, and service teams to provide effective customer solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging industry opportunities.
- Support negotiations, order closure, and contract finalization processes.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to promote company offerings.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business development plans.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of B2B industrial sales and business development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand technical customer requirements and provide value-based solutions.
- Strong relationship-building and customer management capabilities.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach to sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business meetings.
