Myfinlaw is looking for an experienced professional (Male/Female) who has hands-on experience in conducting property title searches and preparing Search Reports for bank loan processing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct property title searches at Sub-Registrar Office / online records
* Verify chain of title documents
* Prepare accurate Title Investigation Reports / Search Reports for banks and financial institutions
* Examine property documents such as Sale Deeds, Agreements, Development Agreements, Index II, etc.
* Ensure reports are legally sound and delivered within timelines
Requirements:
* Experience in property document verification and title search work
* Familiarity with bank loan documentation and legal compliance
* Ability to independently prepare Search Reports / Title Reports
* Attention to legal detail and accuracy
