We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruitment Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding documentation.
- Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
- Assist with day-to-day HR administrative activities.
Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
