Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute offline marketing strategies to promote courses and training programs
- Drive student admissions through school, college, and institutional partnerships
- Organize and manage seminars, workshops, career guidance programs, open houses, and education fairs
- Coordinate with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets
- Develop and manage marketing collaterals such as brochures, banners, posters, standees, and print advertisements
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, corporates, consultants, and training partners
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Track inquiries, walk-ins, conversions, and admission performance from offline activities
- Manage marketing budgets and coordinate with vendors (printers, event organizers, media agencies)
- Prepare periodic marketing and admissions performance reports for management
