Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer / Project Engineer – Interior Fit-Out & Construction
Job Summary
The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing civil and interior fit-out projects while ensuring quality, safety, cost control, and timely completion. The role requires strong technical knowledge, site management skills, and coordination with clients, designers, vendors, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and project execution.
- Manage civil, interior fit-out, renovation, and finishing works.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and clients.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Conduct site measurements and quantity verification.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project execution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Manage subcontractors, labor teams, and material utilization.
- Verify contractor bills and work completion reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site.
- Coordinate procurement requirements with the purchase department.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 3–10 years of experience in construction, interior fit-out, or turnkey projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction, finishing works, and interior execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, and project documentation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
- Strong communication and site coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential, commercial, office, or retail interiors.
- Knowledge of quantity surveying and estimation.
- Vendor and contractor management experience.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
