Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate should be able to identify electrical faults, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure all work complies with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults and carry out necessary repairs.
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and machinery.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Install and test switches, circuit breakers, lighting systems, and control panels.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and company policies.
- Inspect electrical components to identify hazards or maintenance needs.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to complete work efficiently.
- Respond promptly to emergency electrical breakdowns.
Requirements
- ITI, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
