Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Plan and execute recruitment for retail, sales, service, warehouse, administration, and managerial positions.
- Develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, interview, and onboard suitable candidates.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements.
- Build a pipeline of quality candidates for future hiring needs.
Employee Onboarding & Retention
- Manage induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to improve retention.
- Conduct stay interviews and exit interviews.
Performance Management
- Design and implement KPI-based performance evaluation systems.
- Coordinate annual and periodic performance reviews.
- Support department heads in goal setting and employee development.
- Identify high-potential employees and succession planning opportunities.
Training & Development
- Assess training needs across departments.
- Organize product training, sales training, customer service training, and leadership development programs.
- Coordinate with brand partners for technical and product knowledge sessions.
- Monitor effectiveness of training initiatives.
Payroll & Attendance Management
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Ensure timely salary processing in coordination with accounts.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Monitor overtime, shift schedules, and statutory benefits.
Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances and workplace concerns.
- Promote a healthy, inclusive, and performance-driven culture.
- Facilitate communication between management and employees.
- Implement employee welfare programs and recognition initiatives.
HR Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory obligations.
- Keep HR policies updated and compliant with regulations.
Organizational Development
- Support workforce planning and organizational restructuring initiatives.
- Develop HR policies and employee handbooks.
- Drive culture-building and change management programs.
- Support leadership in strategic HR initiatives.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Employee retention rate
- Time-to-hire and quality of hire
- Training hours completed per employee
- Employee satisfaction scores
- Attendance and absenteeism levels
- Compliance adherence
- Performance review completion rates
- Reduction in employee turnover
Required Qualifications
- 5- 10 years of HR experience, preferably in retail, consumer durables, or service industries.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience in online and in-person recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office, and payroll systems.
