Purchase Manager – Fruit Catering & Outdoor Café
We are hiring a Manager to manage fresh fruits, bakery ingredients, beverages, packaging, and event supplies. The candidate should negotiate with vendors, maintain inventory, ensure quality, control costs, and coordinate timely deliveries for catering events and café operations. Strong communication, vendor management, and planning skills are essential. Experience in hospitality, food service, catering, or retail purchasing is preferred. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
